When you use VektraPulse Cloud, we collect information necessary to provide the service: your email address, account credentials, and usage data such as click counts and campaign metadata. For self-hosted users, no data is transmitted to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: operate and maintain the service, process payments via Paddle, send service-related communications, and improve the product. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Isolation
Every Cloud tenant is fully isolated with row-level security. Your tracking data, campaigns, and analytics are accessible only to your team members. We employ encryption at rest and in transit.
4. Self-Hosted Privacy
If you use the self-hosted version, all data remains on your infrastructure. VektraPulse does not phone home, collect telemetry, or transmit any data from self-hosted installations.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our marketing website uses minimal analytics. The application itself uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on our website.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support.
